   4 - apt-get update clean the /var/lib/apt/lists dir
   5   from all Translation-$index that are not in the current
   6   enviroment or Translations apt variable
   7 - there needs to be a list of locales (pt, sv, en) that need
   8   both language and country code to get the right file
