2138 - API for controls revised, in particular addition of
2139   wxValidator parameters and removal of labels for some controls.
2140 - 1 validator written: see examples/validate.
2141 - Event table system introduced (see most samples and
2142   wx_event.cpp/ProcessEvent, wx_event.h). wxEvtHandler
2143   made more flexible, with Push/PopEventHandler allowing a chain
2144   of event handlers.
2145 - wxRadioBox removed - will be added back soon.
2146 - Toolbar class hierarchy revised:

2148   wxToolBarSimple (= old wxToolBar)
2149   wxToolBar95 (= old wxButtonBar under Win95)

2152 - wxFileDialog, wxDirDialog added; other common dialogs now

2155 - .wxr resource system partially reinstated, though needs
2156   an integer ID for controls. Hopefully the resource system
2157   will be replaced by something better and more efficient
2158   in the future.
2159 - Device contexts no longer stored with window and accessed
2160   with GetDC - use wxClientDC, wxPaintDC, wxWindowDC stack
2161   variables instead.
2162 - wxSlider uses trackbar class under Win95, and wxSL_LABELS flag
2163   determines whether labels are shown. Other Win95-specific flags
2164   introduced, e.g. for showing ticks.
2165 - Styles introduced for dealing with 3D effects per window, for
2166   any window: all Win95 3D effects supported, plus transparent windows.
2167 - Major change to allow 3D effect support without CTL3D, under
2168   Win95.
2169 - Bitmap versions of button and checkbox separated out into new
2170   classes, but unimplemented as yet because I intend to remove
2171   the need for Fafa - it apparently causes GPFs in Win95 OSR 2.
2172 - utils/wxprop classes working (except maybe wxPropertyFormView)
2173   in preparation for use in Dialog Editor.
2174 - GNU-WIN32 compilation verified (a month or so ago).
