2142 - wxScrolledWindow, wxStatusBar and new MDI classes added.
2143   MDI is now achieved using separate classes, not window styles.
2144 - wxSystemSettings added, and made use of to reflect standard
2145   Windows settings.
2146 - SetButtonFont/SetLabelFont replaced by SetFont; font and colour
2147   settings mucho rationalised.
2148 - All windows are now subclassed with the same window proc to make
2149   event handling far more consistent. Old internal wxWnd and derived

2168 - .wxr resource system partially reinstated, though needs
2169   an integer ID for controls. Hopefully the resource system
2170   will be replaced by something better and more efficient

2172 - Device contexts no longer stored with window and accessed
2173   with GetDC - use wxClientDC, wxPaintDC, wxWindowDC stack
2174   variables instead.
2175 - wxSlider uses trackbar class under Win95, and wxSL_LABELS flag
2176   determines whether labels are shown. Other Win95-specific flags
2177   introduced, e.g. for showing ticks.
2178 - Styles introduced for dealing with 3D effects per window, for
2179   any window: all Win95 3D effects supported, plus transparent windows.
2180 - Major change to allow 3D effect support without CTL3D, under
2181   Win95.
2182 - Bitmap versions of button and checkbox separated out into new
2183   classes, but unimplemented as yet because I intend to remove
2184   the need for Fafa - it apparently causes GPFs in Win95 OSR 2.
2185 - utils/wxprop classes working (except maybe wxPropertyFormView)
2186   in preparation for use in Dialog Editor.
2187 - GNU-WIN32 compilation verified (a month or so ago).
