   5 This class validates a string value for a form view, with an optional choice of possible values.
   6 The associated panel item must be a wxText, wxListBox or wxChoice. For wxListBox and wxChoice items,
   7 if the item is empty, the validator attempts to initialize the item from the strings in
   8 the validator. Note that this does not happen for XView wxChoice items since XView cannot reinitialize a wxChoice.
