  wxDirDialog no longer shows hidden files. I don't
    know yet how to implement the reparsing when the
    user checks/unchecks the "Show hidden directories"

Fixed gs_metricsMap so the constants line up correctly, there was an
off-by-one since the wx enum starts at 1 instead of 0.
