Since version 2.9.1 wxButton supports showing both text and an image
(currently only when using wxMSW, wxGTK or wxOSX/Cocoa ports), see
SetBitmap() and SetBitmapLabel(), SetBitmapDisabled() &c methods. In the
get reasonably good behaviour on all platforms.
