yacc.c: initialize yylval in pure-parser mode

* data/yacc.c (YY_IGNORE_MAYBE_UNINITIALIZED_BEGIN)
(YY_IGNORE_MAYBE_UNINITIALIZED_END, YYLVAL_INITIALIZE):
New macros.  Use them to suppress an unwanted GCC diagnostic.
