* tests/torture.at (Exploding the Stack Size with Alloca): Set

YYSTACK_USE_ALLOCA to 1 if __GNUC__ or alloca are defined;
otherwise, we're not testing alloca.  Unfortunately there's no
simple way to consult HAVE_ALLOCA here.
