tests: enhance AT_SYNCLINES_COMPILE.

	* tests/synclines.at (AT_TEST_SYNCLINE): Move GCC 4.5 protection
	into...
	(AT_SYNCLINES_COMPILE): here.
	Add more distcc patterns.
