+ LAC is *not* always redundant for lr.type=canonical-lr.

+ parse.lac. Accept %define parse.lac.es-capacity to specify
+ capacity of LAC's temporary exploratory stack. It defaults to 20
+ and, for now, will not grow dynamically.
