Standardize debhelper usage
- Create all directories in debian/dirs rather than creating some on
  the dh_installdirs command line
- Rename debian/dirs to debian/apt.dirs, debian/examples to
  debian/apt.examples
debian/apt.dirs [new file with mode: 0644] blob
debian/apt.examples [new file with mode: 0644] blob
