Add APT::Periodic::Autoclean setting
  * Add APT::Periodic::Autoclean setting, to allow "apt-get autoclean" to
    be run periodically.  This is useful with
    APT::Periodic::Download-Upgradeable-Packages, and defaults to the same
    value, so that the cache size is bounded
