test: Pass -d to dpkg-buildpackage

This works around an issue on Fedora where dpkg complains about
missing  build-essential:

dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: build-essential:native

Gbp-Dch: ignore
test/integration/framework diff | blob | blame | history
