  18 <h3>DESCRIPTION</h3>

  20 The <strong>thread_resume</strong> function decrements the suspend count
  21 for <var>target_thread</var>
  22 by one.  The thread is resumed if its suspend count goes to zero.
  23 If the suspend
  24 count is still positive, <strong>thread_resume</strong> must be repeated
  25 until the count reaches
  26 zero.
