   4 program. Please check its manual page, or run uconv -h, for help.

   6 Help, as well as error messages, are displayed through the use of a
   7 resource bundle. Please contact Steven Loomis <srl@jtcsv.com> if you
   8 want to offer a translation of these messages for a particular locale.

  10 uconv was originally written and contributed to icuapps by Jonas Utterström
  11 <jonas.utterstrom@vittran.norrnod.se>, and offered simple conversion and
  12 a way to know which encodings were available. It has since then be
  13 moved to the main ICU distribution and converted to the C conversion
  14 API, and is maintained by Yves Arrouye <yves@realnames.com> who seems
  15 to always be looking for one more feature or option to add to the tool.
