GCJ's parser requires the tokens to be defined before the prologue.
* data/bison.simple: Output the token definition before the user's
prologue.
* tests/regression.at (Braces parsing, Duplicate string)
(Mixing %token styles): Check the output from bison.
(Early token definitions): New.
