* tests/local.at (AT_BISON_OPTION_PUSHDEFS, AT_BISON_OPTION_POPDEFS):
Define/undefine AT_LANGE
(AT_LANG_COMPILE): New.
(AT_FULL_COMPILE): Use AT_LANG.
