77provides a generic method of notifying the user when a kernel
78event (kevent) happens or a condition holds, based on the results
79of small pieces of kernel code termed filters.
80A kevent is identified by an (ident, filter) pair and specifies

82An (ident, filter) pair can only appear once in a given kqueue.
83Subsequent attempts to register the same pair for a given kqueue
