Subject: [PATCH] Correct the size of bitmap returned by
wxRegion::ConvertToBitmap().
The bitmap was 1 pixel smaller than needed due to the unwarranted use of
wxRect::GetRight() and GetBottom() instead of GetWidth() and GetHeight().
Closes #12213.
