Subject: Make wxPreferencesEditor::Show() virtual.

Make wxPreferencesEditor::Show() virtual.

This allows derived classes to override it to do something before/after
showing the dialog, which can be useful on the platforms where modal dialogs
are used for wxPreferencesEditor implementation.
