* lib/argmatch.c, lib/argmatch.h: Sync with gnulib.

Avoid use of <assert.h>, as the GNU Coding Standards hint that one
should use `if (! x) abort ();' rather than `assert (x);', and
anyway it's one less thing to worry about configuring.
